Two bedroom/one bath condo in 'The Breakers' on the Bethany Beach Boardwalk. Small (450 sqft) and perfect. Short walk to shops and restaurants and steps to the beach.
Two queen beds. Sofa bed provides addition sleep space. Bring your own towels and linens. Two chairs and an umbrella reserved on beach during summer season.
Second floor walk-up right off the beach. This unit is on the back of the building facing West (limited ocean view - "peek-a-boo") and has a very nice balcony for relaxing and watching the sunset. Includes parking lane for two/three cars, outdoor showers, WiFi, well equipped kitchen and access to nice guest washer/dryer in outbuilding.
A $500 dollar refundable fee will be collected separately prior to arrival. It will be returned when cleaners confirm the place is in good order.

Summary: We stayed at the west Bethany property and we were so thankful for Caroline and Jeff. They saw that we needed a change of rental and it was last minute because of another canceled reservation- they called us and saved our thanksgiving. We had the best time. The house is perfect. Thank you!
