Summary: Upon entering the room we saw a cockroach running and hide behind a tall chest of drawers. Next day we saw a dead cockroach in the toilet and the next night another dead one on the bathroom floor. We informed the property management and they said that it must be a bug that came from the outside. No! It was cockroach and I have a picture. The air-conditioner was not working. They came to fix it when we were away and left dust on the bed pillows right under the A/C machine. They said that the front desk is there in the mornings. No one was ever there. They did respond to messages but there was never a live person.
