Enjoy utilizing the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for your days in the warm sand, but when you aren't exploring the private cove or Harbor Beach, head for Cape Neddick's and Oginquit's many shops, restaurants, and golf courses.
Updated with modern amenities while still having an air of nautical charm, this cozy abode offers more than enough space for you and your loved ones. Gather in the sunny living room amongst the soft seating while tuning into your favorite TV show or movie. The adjacent kitchen includes a gas range, a dishwasher, an ice maker, and eat-in dining - making cooking easy. When you're ready to dine, serve your dishes at the wooden dining table, or alfresco on the sprawling deck.
Full of historic charm, the rest of the home is just as welcoming. During the warmer months, partial air-conditioning ensures everyone's comfort, and having access to a private washer/dryer makes chore time the least of your concerns. After a day spent in the sun, relish a soak in the jetted tub.

Please treat the beach gear with respect and if any of the items are broken, lost, or otherwise damaged, you will be charged for their replacement accordingly. Also, please return beach equipment to where you found them when checking out for the next renter.
Towels and other beach toys, a cooler and other equipment can be found in the closet at the front entryway to the house, adjacent to the living room. Again, please wash it off with a hose, and make sure it’s dry before returning to the closet. These supplies are here for your convenience. There’s a hose next to the side door you can use to wash items off.
Heat, hot water, and cable/internet is included. The property also includes a generator that will automatically turn on and power the house in case of a power outage.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
