This uniquely scenic property rests on 1/2+ acre of land, from the street to the beach, peppered with shade provided by pitch pines and deciduous trees. Unit B sleeps 6 total, 4 adults maximum. The master bedroom with a queen bed, closet and television directly overlooks the ocean. The second bedroom, also with a queen bed, has ocean views and ample closet space. The loft, with an opening and screened skylight and accessible by fixed ladder, has two twin beds. Except for the loft, the unit is air conditioned. Rate is based on no linens or bathroom towels.
There is a full dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and kitchenware. Clothes washer and dryer are in the private basement.
