1 Bedroom Condo with TV, Balcony and Hot Tub
Note: The fireplace was recently replaced amd not available for use at this current time.
The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, and all the cookware and plateware to prepare your own meals for extended stays; dining room can sit four comfortably. The living room is equipped with a brand new queen sleeper sofa and has beautiful views towards the patio/outdoors. In addition there is a TV equipped with a DVD player so please bring your own movies if you wish. Also, the TV is Roku equipped so you can stream movies and your favorite shows. We do NOT have a TV cable subscription.
The patio outside has a nice sitting area to add another dimension to the space. Lastly, the bathroom has a tub/shower, plenty of clean towels and a hair dryer.
The unit is WiFi ready and you'll see the password listed on our bulletin board.
On the premises, the development has within walking distance the Clubhouse where you will find the outdoor pool & grill for the summer months. In addition, there is coin operated laundry, so please bring quarters if you are planing an extended stay. Parking is available right outside the unit & even though it is a bottom floor unit, there are a few steps required to enter the unit.
Also, there has been a newly installed tennis and basketball court. Please feel free to use however no skating, biking or street hockey is allowed on this surface. Thanks
