Ease into lake life with sea wall stair entry into shallow water (great for kids), hang in the hammock under tall mature pines, sunbathe and fish off the private dock, bring your own boat or rent one and dock it for your stay! Once the sun goes down, enjoy the fire pit (wood not provided) under a blanket of stars. Plenty of room awaits you inside a private 1400 sq apt after a day on the water. The interior rental space is the entire lower level of the lake house property and you will have the full property to yourself. Features an open floor plan, 1 bedroom with a king bed and 40" Roku TV, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, living area featuring a full rock wall fireplace and 50" smart TV with Netflix, HBO, Super NES Classic Edition gaming console, dining table for 6, sitting area for board games and books available. Kitchen has a full size range, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, Kuerig K-Cafe coffee maker, drip coffee maker, French press, Instapot and Brita water pitcher. Desk for workspace with enhanced WIFI throughout the space and a WIFI speaker for guests to use during stay. French doors lead to a screened porch and access to back yard, lake & gas grill. Screen porch has lounge seating & dining table with overhead fan. Shed contains inflatables for lake and washer/dryer. 3 person kayak on property for guest use!
