The apartment is part of our semi-detached house directly on the sandy beach of the Fleesensee. The only thing that separates you from the beach is a street that is open to residents in summer and a well-kept meadow.
On the ground floor there is the spacious living room equipped with a sofa corner, television, dining table, a kitchenette and a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and towel radiator. From the living room you can access two large patio doors directly onto the terrace and the garden belonging to the apartment. On the terrace you can enjoy your vacation at the table and chairs or on a sun lounger. The garden and terrace are completely surrounded by a thick hedge.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee and Nespresso machine.
The entire ground floor incl. Bathroom has underfloor heating.
The stairs lead you to the upper floor.
There are two comfortably furnished bedrooms and another daylight bathroom with sink and toilet on you. The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. In a niche there is a full-fledged baby / toddler bed made of solid wood.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, a wardrobe and a small relaxation corner with a side table. In the bedrooms, too, the windows are equipped with completely darkening exterior blinds, pleated blinds and one window per room with built-in insect protection. Laminate flooring is located throughout the upper floor.
In the apartment there is a vacuum cleaner, clothes horse, ironing board and iron. A covered parking space with paved access belongs to the apartment.
Even the smallest can feel comfortable. A selection of toys is available. On request, a wooden cot, baby rocker, high chair and step can be used for the bathroom. The stairs in this apartment are equipped with a child protection door at the top, which remains open when not in use.
