are 2 plus rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. New paint inside. Costco is across the highway and Walmart is nearby. It is a short drive to town center and Medano Beach and there is the private beach within the community. Bus stops are right outside the community. Summary: This house was fully equipped with a full kitchen, large brand new BBQ, lots of seating, beer fridge, towels, washer and dryer… the pool was fabulous it would cool you off in the day and warm you up at night! The patio and pool is where we spent most of our time. The beach was fairly close to the house. We would definitely stay there again!
