12 Bedroom House with Spa, Guest Services and Laundry

Massive 4-acre compound featuring an 8,000 sq ft Estate and a 2,700 sq ft Villa. Each has its own pool and entrance. Fully gated and private.
Total 12 Bedrooms, 13 Bathrooms, 20 Beds, 2 roll away beds, a pull-out couch, 2 fire pits, 2 BBQ Grills a Tennis Court, Pickleball court, Sauna/Steam room, a half Basketball court, Game room and plenty of other fun amenities to keep everyone at all ages having a blast all weekend long!
We do allow events, but they must be disclosed since we do have an event fee. We are known as VenueTen and a wedding venue (See our google reviews)

Summary: We were hosting 30 celebrity models with 8 staff (38 total) and thanks to Tom and this beautiful amazing property, 23 of them said it was the greatest weekend of their entire lives (7 were fighting with their boyfriends from back home..). Overall 11/10 and looking forward to booking it again next year!
