About this space
This four-bedroom home is centrally located in golfing paradise and is only available during the ‘24 US Open. Conveniently located in the historic Village of Pinehurst, you’re just a few minutes away from some of the nation’s best golf courses. Pinehurst #2 is only 1.5 miles away! When you’re not on the course, take a stroll through the Village or enjoy nearby shops, restaurants, and bars.
The space
The home has 4 bedrooms that can sleep 8 comfortably and a queen size sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate 2 more. The master has a king bed with infrared sauna, three additional rooms have a queen bed, full size bed, and bunkbed with twin size mattresses. The living room and master have TV which provide streaming services via Firestick. Wi-fi is also available for guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances and a dining table for eight (8). There is also an island bar which seats three (3).
The upstairs has a full size washer and dryer. In addition, there are two (2) full size baths. One has a stand -up shower and the other has a tub with shower head. The downstairs has a half bath.
Guest access
The home is only a few blocks away from Village Center of Pinehurst and about 5 miles from downtown Southern Pines. It is conveniently located and provides walking access to local breweries, golf, and dining.
The driveway can accommodate four (4) vehicles. Guests are also able to utilize ride-sharing such as Uber, Lyft, or local taxis for transportation.
