Located just a few minutes drive from the Village of Republic, and a 10 minute drive to Tiffin University this property is perfect for both couples and families. This newly remodeled, 3bdrm house is perfect for a quiet, country, get away. Sit back and enjoy the beautiful sunrise with no distractions, enjoy a relaxing day by the pool side with a tranquil, woodsy setting around you. The pool is 24ft and above ground, not heated. As with all pools/hot tubs, you enjoy these amenities at your own risk. If your feeling adventurous, feel free to walk in the 20 plus acres of private, gorgeous woods. Enjoy a game of corn hole on the expansive lawn. End your day surrounding a fire under a perfect blanket of stars. WiFi is also provided in case you decide to stay in and catch up on your shows, or weather pushes you indoors. Talltown Trails is located in a rural setting, but is a short drive from the town of Republic where you can grab a good ol' homemade meal at the locally renowned Fat Head's.
