As you enter the home, you will find a tiled entryway with the kitchen to the right and the stairs to the upper floor to the left. Step into the well-equipped kitchen where you will find lovely granite countertops, a range of cookwares including a blender and crockpot, and a kitchen bar that overlooks the living room. On the other side of the kitchen bar is the dining area, where a glass round table with seating for 4 provides an ideal spot to enjoy meals with your group or some rounds of cards. On the other side of the kitchen/dining area is the bright and cozy living room, an inviting haven perfect for kicking back and relaxing. Outfitted with plush carpeting, a cozy fireplace, and ample natural light, your group will love hanging out in this space while you watch a movie or take in the views. The living room features a comfortable chair, a 3-person couch, a 45” TV, and a few lamps situated around the room creating a warm ambiance. The living room can be used as an extra sleeping space, with the couch doubling as a pull-out bed. From the living room, you can step out to the deck, a peaceful outdoor oasis to enjoy during your stay. The deck includes an outdoor dining table and chairs, and a BBQ, so you can enjoy meals al fresco and late-night chats under the stars in the summer months. And in the wintertime, step outside to take in the winter wonderland scenery that surrounds the home!

Across the hallway from the master bedroom is a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer, making it easy to keep up with any laundry needs during your stay.

A short 10-minute drive will take you to Main Street in Breckenridge, where you can access the BreckConnect Gondola and find a range of entertainment and dining options. Some of the area's best ski slopes, such as Breckenridge Ski Resort and Keystone Resort, are within a 15-minute drive away, providing access to year-round outdoor fun.
