Directly next door to Presnell's Marina and just minutes from Cape San Blas. Port St. Joe is short 5 minute drive with all the artsy shops, restaurants and live music events and festivals. This townhome is one of the only homes available to rent in the up and coming Simmons Bayou area and has plenty of boat parking available on site.

Summary: We just returned from a week’s stay at this townhome. The accommodations were very comfortable. We had plenty of room for the five of us. It was a very quick drive into Port Saint Joe or over to Cape San Blas to the beach. We took a side trip to Apalachicola and thoroughly enjoyed the area. We’ve decided the best part, though was the view off the back deck. Easily the best view we’ve ever had at a VRBO! The living room patio doors open up to an incredible view of the bay. We had our morning coffee out there and then went again out in the evening to enjoy the sunset. The upstairs deck off the master suite was equally wonderful. We would definitely come back.
