A quaint cottage located on the Caldon Canal, in the village of Cheddleton in the Staffordshire Moorlands. This is the perfect spot for couples and families.. Ground Floor:

Please note: There is a unfenced canal at the bottom of the garden. . Daisy Cottage is a well presented, mid terrace home. There is an open plan living/dining room which features a warming wood burner, comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a dining table with chairs for all guests. There is a galley kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer and a fridge/freezer plus all the equipment you should need for your stay. Also on the ground floor is the properties bathroom, featuring a bath with overhead shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. From the second bedroom a loft room can be found with a single bed. This property offers a fantastic cottage garden which joins the canal. There is a patio area with seating before you step down towards the canal and a beautiful summer house, picnic bench and barbeque close to the canal.
There is a vast amount to explore from Cheddleton. It offers many walks and trails through the Staffordshire moorlands and the Derbyshire Peak District, including the Roaches which are great for cycling, walking, and climbing. The historic market towns of Leek, Buxton and Ashbourne are close by. Tittesworth Reservoir and Alton Towers are also located just a short drive from the Cheddleton Cottage. You also have several fantastic real ale pubs within walking distance of the property to be enjoyed after your busy day of exploring this beautiful part of the country. Return home to Daisy Cottage for a relaxing night in front of the wood burner or sit by the canal and light the chinenea on a summer’s evening.
