Summary: Excellent support from the owner: gracious, thoughtful, and responded quickly to all concerns. House is clean with comfortable living and dining areas. Tiny but workable kitchen. Four TVs and a pool table. Swimming pool is passively heated and the owner promised to install an on-demand heater before next season. Easily accommodated two guests, one with a one-year old.
