A 3 bedroom modern, spacious villa on one level with a large secluded mature garden and private parking for 2 cars.
The accommodation sleeps 6 people and is ideal as a family unit, with 2 spacious double bedrooms with air conditioning and a good size twin bedroom, all bedrooms have wardrobes.
There are 2 shower rooms each with a shower, hand basin, and toilet.
A large airy open plan living/dining room with a settee, 2 comfy chairs and a dining table with 6 chairs leads into a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and good size fridge freezer.
From the living area patio doors lead out onto a large covered patio with an electric BBQ, (kept indoors) and dining table and chairs. Beyond is a decking area with steps down into the private and secluded garden with sun loungers/chairs for your comfort.
All the comforts of home will be found in the villa from a flat screen TV with broadband, UK TV programmes, DVD player, radio/CD player/ipod docking station and hair dryer. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, bottle openers, cutlery and crockery. Ironing board, iron and clothes airer are also supplied. You will also find books, games, DVD'S, CD'S, buckets and spades for your use.
Free wifi is available throughout the villa.
There are 2 large communal swimming pools and 1 toddler pool open for residents only.
The upper pool is open for the whole season from April to September, and heated from April to June, and October.
The lower pool and toddler pool are open from June to September.
Sun loungers are provided round the pool area.
All bed linen and towels are provided for 6 people, however, beach and pool towels are NOT provided.
