Positive: The apartment is located on the lower level of a big house, which is partly renovated. It is surrounded by vineyards. The design of the apartment is nice, the kitchen appliances are new and function well. The apartment has two bedrooms with a possibility to install one more bed somewhere. Internet was Ok, but only in the kitchen/living room.
Negative: Unfortunately there are many things in the house we did not like. It is located just next to the road, and most of the windows face the high wall supporting the road. The apartment is therefore very dark apart from the kitchen/living room. Although the aircon was declared, in reality we found small portable aircons "pinguini" in two bedrooms, with no possibility to plug their tubes outside as the holes for the tubes were not installed (we later found these spare parts in the cleaning room). The jacuzzi was full with dirty water, we did not touch it. There is no view into the vineyards, the only window/door which is not facing the road is looking at the dirty net/fence of the neighboring garden. There are no nets on the windows (and there are a lot of mosquitos and flies in summer). Finally, the sink in the kitchen was blocked and we could not really cook there most of the time. The management company called for an engineer but he could not do anything as the whole drainage system was blocked. The management company stopped relying to my messages as soon as we left the apartment.
