1 Bedroom Apartment with Laundry, Air Conditioner and TV

Newly renovated 3BR apartment in the prestigious part of Barcelona - Vila Olimpica. Located only two blocks away from the beach in a cute modern neighbourhood full of supermarkets, convenience shops and parks. All the best clubs (Opium, CDLC etc) located within 10 mins walking. Bars and nightlife is close enough to enjoy it but not to close to be loud and annoy during your perfect vacation.
The apartment provides everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is very sunny and there is plenty of space for a family dinner, should you decide to stay home.
We do provide our guests with fans and portable air conditioning systems as well as a pretty powerful a/c in the living room.
The apartment is located in the prestigious and central barrio of Vila Olimpica just 10 min walk from the Barcelona city beach. The nearest metro stations are Vila Olimpica (yellow) and Bogatell (yellow). There are a lot of parking options (both underground and street parking slots) within 5 min walk from the flat.
Late check in after 20.00 has 20 euros extra charge and check in after 23:00 has 40 euros extra charge. It's strictly forbidden to smoke at the apartment! In case we find any proofs of guests smoking even after their check out like smell, ashes or cigarette butts, the fine of 200 euros will be claimed straight away!
Baby crib is available upon request: 20 euros per stay. In case the key is lost there is an extra charge of 50 euros.
You should always keep in mind that Barcelona is always a good idea ;-)
Please note, that it is ABSOLUTELY COMPULSORY to present your PASSPORT (ID card, driving licence etc) for EACH guest during the check in. Spanish legislation obliges us to register each and every guest we are hosting in our apartments. Thank you for your cooperation.
