This oceanfront home is truly one of a kind. Situated on a large parcel of land, this home offers unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean, impressive pool and hot tub, pavilion with TV, beach area with wood burning firepit and beach area with wood burning firepit and features convenient access to a boat lift accommodating vessels up to 35 feet, along with dockage for a secondary boat along the canal up to 20–25 feet. Inside, the home is equally impressive, with a spacious floor plan, high wood ceilings, captivating ocean views and large balconies allow you to fully appreciate the natural beauty of the area.
The ground level has two bedrooms. Upon entry, to the left is bedroom one containing two sets of bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom as well as an attached laundry room complete with two sets of washers and dryers. Across the hall is the second bedroom with two king beds and en-suite bathroom that doubles with access to the pool.
Walking up the staircase you'll find the main floor. To the left is a third bedroom containing two king beds and a full bath. To the right, is the kitchen, dining and living areas. Sit back, relax and soak up the picturesque views of the ocean as you enjoy breakfast at the bar or take your morning coffee out onto the spacious balcony to feel the island breeze.
On the top floor, accessed by a spiral staircase, is solely the master suite. This bedroom has a California king bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony.
The outdoor entertaining area is stunning, featuring a custom heated pool with waterfalls and built-in hot tub. Soak up the sun in one of the many loungers or catch some shade and enjoy a cold beverage under the waterfront pavilion. In the evenings, roast marshmallows over the fire pit as you watch the light from the moon dance over the waves. Summary: This home is perfect for a family gathering with ample indoor and outdoor spaces for both togetherness and alone time. The house is well equipped from the kitchen to the tons of towels to the variety of games and puzzles and the flatscreen TVs everywhere. The grotto style heated pool and hot tub were very popular as was the fire pit and cabana. The owners were very responsive throughout the rental process as was the property manager.
