Located just a short walk from the ocean, you'll enjoy scenic views of the creek from the expansive porches, including a wraparound porch perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The main living level (2nd floor) features a spacious primary bedroom with a private bathroom (tub/shower combo) and TV, along with a guest bedroom and full bathroom. Downstairs on the ground level, you'll find two additional guest bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower—ideal for families or kids. One of the bedrooms also includes a crib for added convenience. The home offers a cozy den with a large TV, a well-appointed kitchen. The fireplace is decorative only; There is a grill, outdoor shower, and a private dock overlooking the creek. This is a pet-friendly house. MAXIMUM CARS: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 4. Car passes are $20 per car. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour.
