With only a 15 minute drive to downtown Colorado Springs you will also have the option to enjoy easy access to city life making it the perfect place for small events you'd like to host (bachelorette/bachelor weekend. no weddings) Spend the day enjoying what the Springs is has to offer then enjoy the fireplace, hot tub, pool table, & shuffle board with a beautiful view of the city during the night. You will never want to leave!

Events: All events will have maximum attendance of 25 guests in attendance. We also require a 3 night minimum for any event & an additional event fee of $500.
