Enjoy the peace of the country while still being 15 minutes from the World Equestrian Center and 20 minutes from Downtown Ocala.
The space
Things to Know
While situated on two fully fenced in acres, the house is surrounded by an additional 15 acres of wooded land. Please see below:
1) Wi-fi: fiber-optic cables haven't quite reached this far into the woods yet. For the area, the internet provided is considered strong. There are 2 available networks and a cell-signal booster. Still, using a mobile hotspot is the best way to ensure connectivity;
2) The washer and dryer are the in the garage. The larger garage door can only be opened manually;
3) Florida is a very biodiverse state and all manners of bugs and insects love it. We have sprayed and kept the house as clean as possible. Given the location, however, an occasional creepy-crawly may come to visit; and
4) The jetted tub in the primary bathroom doesn't currently work.
