This spacious five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom waterfront house has stunning views of Cape Cod Bay from almost every room and direct access to the bay. No need to drive to the beach--you are already there! Enjoy amazing sunsets and bay views from the deck and stroll down the path to the sandy beach--it is your time to relax and unwind.
Enter the large, well-equipped kitchen with dining area with seating for ten and slider to the deck. There is a half bath/laundry room with brand new front-load washer/dryer off the kitchen. The large windows in the separate dining/living room provide expansive views of the water. The media room has a leather sofa and club chairs and flat screen television.
There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with a queen bed and one with two queen beds. There is a bathroom on this floor with a tub and shower.
There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The roomy primary bedroom has views of the water, a king bed and a comfortable sitting area. There is also an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub. There are two more bedrooms--each with a queen bed. All three second floor bedrooms have 39" flat screen smart TVs. There is a second full bathroom with shower only on this floor as well.
All five bedrooms have window air conditioner units and televisions. Four of the five bedrooms (all second floor bedrooms and the first floor bedroom with two queens) have ceiling fans. Other comforts include WIFI, parking for five cars, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas grill and oversized enclosed outdoor shower.
The house is situated on a beautifully-manicured lot. There is a large deck and lawn off the kitchen as well as patio space below. Enjoy dinner or cocktails on the deck overlooking the bay with views of Provincetown. A private walkway leads to the bay beach. Functions are allowed on the property (arrangements may even be made for a tent on the upper level).
Short drive or leave your car behind and hop on the shuttle to Provincetown for restaurants, shops, galleries, live entertainment and fun on the water. Explore the Province Lands at the Cape Cod National Seashore or head into Truro for golf and lighthouse and vineyard tours.

This is the most comfortable rental home we have ever stayed at. Every seating area inside and outside of the house draws you in to sit down and relax. The kitchen is fully appointed, which is very important to us. We loved getting fresh seafood from Mac’s and cooking back at the house. The butler’s pantry had so many serving dishes and all the basic appliances. The view from the home is spectacular. Whether you are eating breakfast in the kitchen, reading a book in the sitting room, having dinner on the deck or taking a first look outside as you wake up, you are surrounded by beautiful water views. The location is perfect. You have a quiet, peaceful setting on the outskirts of town with quick access to the town center. We truly appreciate being able to spend two weeks at this beautiful home with our dog. Stepping out of the house to walk the beach every morning and evening, then relaxing on the deck as the sun set each day was a treasured vacation memory. We appreciated the quick response to our text messages. We also appreciated the dishwasher. That is a rare treat in a Cape Cod rental home. - CC, 2024

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
