Fabulous stay for a family wedding. The house was one of the best I have ever rented with great attention to detail and well-appointed guest amenities. Clean, bright and lovely. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate (rain) so we could not take advantage of the beautiful outdoor set-ups, but they are lovely!
More rental properties should take a page from Bernie and Courtney's book. We will definitely rent there again when we go back for other family gatherings. So homey and warm!
Other Things to Note:
✹ Four air mattresses are available for guests.
✹ This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short term rentals and earned favorable reviews.
✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.
✹ If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time. It will help us better prepare for your reservation.
✹ Our beds feature supportive Memory Foam mattresses to provide you the best night's sleep. If you require a non-supportive soft fluffy mattress, Please contact us in advance to see if we can accommodate your request
✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in large receptacles at the back of the house.

✹ This cozy home is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee
✹ Early Check-in:
If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in.
Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in.
✹ Late Check-out:
Late check-out requests are rarely approved, as our cleaning team is scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to prepare our home for the next guests.
✹ CRIBS/BABY GEAR: Let us know at least a week in advance if you’ll need a crib, so we can have it ready and waiting for your little one before you arrive!
✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.
✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.

✹At certain times of the year, our area becomes a bustling hub for bayflies, also known as muffleheads. They play an important role as a food source for many aquatic animals like fish, frogs and other water-based insects. We do our best with regular pest control, but you might spot them during their peak seasons. Embrace the natural wonder and enjoy your stay!
