• NO OUTDOOR MUSIC/NOISE. The City of La Quinta has very strict regulations about noise/music. No outdoor music is allowed and a fine of $1,500 will be charged directly to the guests.
• NO SMOKING. All our properties have a no smoking policy. Smoking will result in a $1,500 fine.
• NO PARTIES: We do not allow parties/events at this property, please respect occupancy limits and noise ordinance.
• CHECK-IN: The City of La Quinta requires a copy of an ID prior check-in.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require a $5,000 refundable deposit to cover for any damages or fines. You will receive a payment request through the Vrbo Resolutions before check-in.
• MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT. The city of La Quinta requires signer to be 25 years of age.
• All locked closets to remain locked.
• All gas supplied to fireplace or barbecue should be off when not in use.

• There is a limit of 3 overnight vehicles per house and the HOA is against street parking unless absolutely necessary. Do not park in front of mail boxes, fire hydrants and don't block drive way.
If you have more than 3 cars you need to park at least 1 in the garage overnight, up to 2 cars can fit in the garage.
• CHARGES FOR VIOLATIONS of house rules are strictly enforced. You can expect to be fined for smoking, damages to property, excess trash, extra cleaning, over occupying, outdoor music, large parties, moving furniture, pets without consent or violations of any kind to our house rule or signed agreement. Fines and violations can range from $150 to $10,000 based on severity of violation of house rules and damages incurred. Prior to check-in tenant booking is required to sign a standard hold harmless agreement.
