What do you expect from this apartment (Pro and Con of this listing):

1. Location: it is located at the Patong residential area, just 1 kilometer walking to the beautiful beach area of Patong. Along 1 kilometer, there are 2 Night Markets with foods, Top-Supermarket, 7-11, Restaurants, Street Foods, Fresh Market, Bank, Largest Fitness Center, Tour Counters, Massage shops, Motorbike rental shop, a lot of tuk tuk available and whatever you need for your stay, you can get everything here with walking distance.
2. This Elephant Art Work Conceptual Penthouse has extra Large 3 bedrooms with 2.5 very large bathrooms (2 large bath tubs/2 separate shower rooms in 2 bathroom ensuite located within 2 Master bedrooms plus 0.5 guest WC room) with 155 sqm in total usable size. One Full bathroom is in the Master bedroom and second full bathroom is in the second bedroom, so third bedroom must share with second bedroom or use guest half bathroom (no shower in this half bathroom-Wc). It is therefore suitable for family or friends, who are happy to share bathrooms either bedroom for staying in 3rd bedroom. Children with parent, parent can stay in Master bedroom (no bathroom sharing), whilst children can use 2nd bedroom with 1 bathroom ensuite or use guest bathroom sharing.
3. Private Fiber Optic WIFI is installed for private use, even the whole building has provided internet system but we do understand your need to work at home. Everyone has online business and works so there is no worry about strong WIFI (500/500 mbps), too strong enough to enjoy WIFI system by all memberS in the apartment.
4. 55 inches Smart TV with sound bar to enjoy watching Netflix during your stay.
5. Couch is available in the living room for you all to enjoy lying down, all rooms with air cons (4 air cons in this apartment).

1. No daily cleaning but you can ask Host to coordinate with only Thb1500 to clean apartment and change linens plus towels. You can spend your time for holiday and lets us do all your works on cleaning/laundry.
2. No breakfast is provided, however, it is easy to prepare your breakfast with breads (toaster is available), sausages, eggs, Omelet, etc.

Tile flooring and comfortable interiors mean that this 155 sqm Penthouse apartment is a great choice for your stay. This apartment comfortably sleeps up to 9 people. It features 3 large bedrooms (2 bathrooms en suite) with all king size beds and all of them with top of the line mattresses plus 4-inches topper. 2 bathrooms (two with large walk-in showers/bath-tubes and 3rd bathroom has only toilet and hand sink). There are full kitchen and living room. With the layout of 3 bedrooms, it is suitable for the family, as 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are sharing same bathroom but can use guest toilet bathroom (Wc) at night time. If 3 couple, I do recommend to study the layout (so please do not complain, if you decide to book for 3 couple, I love to get 5 star reviews, no complain about bathroom layout/sharing, without reading descriptions well, which can make you unhappy about bathrooms sharing).

The kitchen is equipped to meet all your needs (stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, Espresso coffee machine, etc.). There are 4 air conditionings throughout the apartment/3 bedrooms. The living room has a 55 inches Samsung Smart TV, comfortable sofa and dining table. The apartment has plenty of storage space. There is free fiber optic wi-fi both in the room (private wifi) and throughout the property (public wifi) and free parking is available.

The Condominium offers great value for money in an enviable location. Guests are invited to make full use of the resort’s outdoor swimming pool, sunbathing areas and fitness center. Access is controlled by an keycard. Guests may self-check-in through the security keypad.

Pa Tong is about a 45-minute taxi ride away from Phuket International Airport. There are a multitude of travel options including local buses, taxis or mini buses to transfer you from the airport. There are also plenty of international car hire firms operating at the airport.

The owner is also local, easy to contact and happy to help. The host has formed a team to assist you and your family during your stay.

This apartment is strictly non smoking (can smoke at balcony only, there is small balcony in Master bedroom only, where there are 4 air cons located and rack to dry clothes) and not suitable for pets. Please do close all the lights and air-con, when you leave the Apartment so that we do reserve the electricity for our children.

Many guests choose to rent scooters during their stay. They offer a cheap and easy way to explore Patong and the surrounding beaches but have associated risks (especially for inexperienced riders). Please take care on the roads.

How do I get to the Apartment?
You can get a taxi at the airport or book online or contact Host to help in advance with fee applied. The airport is approximately 45min drive from the property.

Are rates per person or per apartment per night?
The price are per apartment per night. Prices are included the electricity and water.

How many people can sleep in the room?
The maximum number of guests are stipulated per listing. Please ensure that the room you wish to book can accommodate the required number of guests. There will be no additional charge for guests within the maximum number of guests the room can accommodate.

Does the rate include breakfast?
Breakfast is not included in the price.

Can I make bookings for tours and attractions at the property?
Yes, we have a fully operational tour desk that can assist you with booking tours and attractions (tour counter may not be available during covid)

How far are the property from the beach, shopping malls and other attractions?
Patong Beach is 15 min walk, Jungcylon Mall and Bangla road night life are approximately 25 min walk from our property.

Is early check in / late check out possible?
Standard check in time is 14:00 and check out 11am.
Early check in or check out can be arranged with the Host subject to availability (please contact Host for the request in advance, not at check-out time please, we do have very good bookings always).
