We are not far from great attractions, but most of all the serenity of the beach!
Condo has a multiple furnished porches where you can read, hang out or just breathe in the warm South Carolina coastal breeze. You can work on your tan by the swimming pool or walk across the street to the beach and spend hours of the day soaking up the sun. The beach offers plenty of ways for you and your guests to enjoy the South Carolina sunshine—there lots of places nearby to rent a Jet Ski, learn to windsurf or parasail, or fish from our many local piers.

Summary: The residence was perfectly located—easy to access and just across the street from the beach. It was nicely decorated, and having two floors with bathrooms and bedrooms on each level worked out very well.However, I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of communication. I sent two emails before our stay with simple questions, but both went unanswered. It wasn’t until my third email that I finally received a response.During our stay, we noticed a crack in the upstairs bathtub, which had apparently been there for some time. Water was dripping from it into the bathroom below, causing water damage to the ceiling. I contacted the management to report the issue and was told they would send a plumber the next day. Unfortunately, neither a plumber showed up nor did I receive any follow-up from the owner.
