TRI Lake Duplex is a newly built duplex located between the beautiful waters of Little Round Lake with access to Round Lake and the inlet to Osprey Lake. This is a perfect spot to bring your family or larger group and explore everything Hayward has to offer. Bring your kayaks or rent a bunch from us and start your family vacation by kayaking from the house!
Each side sleeps 6 to 7 adults and has 2 full baths. Each of the fully furnished two units have upper and lower family rooms with plenty of seating, fully equipped kitchens with modern amenities and appliances including a Keurig and drip coffee pot. Both units share a common access door for large families to connect as one and each unit has central air-conditioning and large deck with plenty of off street parking.

1. Side A Unit 1 – Sleeps 9. Has 2 Bedrooms with 1 Queen bed in each and 1 Bedroom with a bunk bed and a twin bed. Also has a washer and dryer in the lower level, and a futon sofa
2. Side B Unit 2 – Sleeps 8. Has 3 Bedrooms with 1 Queen bed in each. and a futon sofa
3. Both sides have 1 tub bathroom with 2 bedrooms in the upper level with full kitchen and a main family room with Wifi ready TV. (Wifi is available through T-Mobile Home internet.)
4. Both sides have 1 bedroom in the lower level with a shower bathroom and a large secondary family room in the lower level with walk out to the lake and stream.
5. Both sides have a large deck with sitting area and patio furniture on the upper level with beautiful serene view of Little Round Lake.

The TRI Lake Duplex is located in a great location with 240+ feet of natural shoreline, interconnecting clear streams with one of the cleanest lakes in the Midwest, ideal for fishing and kayaking, and less than 10 to 15 minute drive from major supermarkets, restaurants and the famous LCO casino. During the summer, Round Lake is perfect for fishing, skiing, wake boarding, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding and all water based activities. There is a sandbar where you can walk across the lake which is a favorite gathering spot for 'kids of all ages'!! It's location on a quiet tar township road make it perfect for a morning walk or bike ride. During the winter months the lake is perfect for ice fishing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and is a perfect base camp to access the endless miles of groomed snowmobile trails across the region.
