Welcome to this nice cabin in a peaceful natural environment with a nice sea view out over the mile-wide Gullmarsfjord, Sweden's only threshold fjord. The cottage with its large balcony areas and glazed conservatory is located in a sunny, smaller cottage area bordering the sea, fields and meadows. Walk the few meters down to the bathing area, there are both docks and a sandy beach, a nice place to eat, swim, fish for crabs and hang out. The accommodation is also perfect for those of you who have your own kayak for discovery trips along the Gullmarsfjord's islands and beaches, the fjord is also known for its great diving opportunities in deep, oxygen-rich underwater environments. The accommodation is also a perfect starting point for exploring fishing villages, the archipelago, nature reserves and other interesting excursion destinations in central Bohuslän. Via the entrance's welcoming small vestibule you enter a hall and further into the cabin's generously sized kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher, here there is also a warming wood stove, from the kitchen you continue into the living room with large windows, sofa group and a fireplace. The ceiling height is 2.05 m in parts of the cabin. From the cottage's hall area you reach the cottage's bathroom with shower and washing machine and 3 bedrooms, one larger with a double bed and two smaller ones with bunk beds. Via the living room you reach the large balcony area with summer furniture and barbecue as well as a cozy glazed conservatory, a wonderful place for all kinds of moments from breakfast to the evening barbecue or just sitting and enjoying the nice sea view. On the generous lawn outside the cottage, there is room to gather for all kinds of games. Lysekil, which is popularly known as "The City by the Sea", is located at the far end of the sea belt. Experience the fantastic feeling of freedom that the sea gives us on hikes on nature reserves and paths with fine smooth red granite rocks that are unique in Bohuslän. During the summer season, many concerts with famous artists, sing-alongs in the park, etc. are offered. Several nice shops with a selection for different tastes. It is also a pleasure to ride the small train around Lysekil, during the trip you also get a bit of history about Lysekil or why not walk through the older part of Lysekil from the 17th - 19th century. Cozy buildings along the narrow street towards Norra Hamnen, which in recent years has become a beach promenade. Here you can take a dip in the salty sea from the jetty and on a fine summer evening you can experience a fantastic sunset reflected in the sea. Feel free to rent a kayak and experience the beautiful archipelago along the smooth granite cliffs. Take a boat trip across to the other side of the Gullmarsfjord and wander the winding streets among Fiskebäckskil's sea shacks and captain's villas. For those interested in golf, the club can be swung on Holma's fine 18-hole course.
