Kitchens are equipped with all new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops and all bedrooms come with Smart TVs for your enjoyment. In total there are 5 king beds and 2 queens with both units combined. Follow the spiral staircase up to the third floor to behold a master loft with its own en suite bathroom and ocean views. Spend your days lounging on the expansive back deck or take advantage of your own private access point to the beach! The views are breathtaking and can be relished from inside and outside of this property. Parking is off street and private and there is a small yard in front of the home. Every aspect of 1701 E Ashley ensures a truly luxurious vacation experience that you will not want to miss! Oceanfront Nest allows up to 6 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval.
