Experience nature through floor to ceiling windows looking out at the treetops. The natural light creates a sense of grandness. With 2 more steps through the sliding glass doors you are one with nature relaxing on the deck. The fresh air surrounds you as your senses awake to the fresh smell of the woods & pine trees. The bonus room is a fully functional independent space with en-suite bathroom, pool table that converts to a game table or dining table, with a sleeping space & separate entrance.
The space is grand, light & airy while being extremely functional with the rustic urban design focused on connection to nature and to each other. The main deck overlooks the trees with an eating bar, BBQ, and sitting area. Inside, the upstairs loft is it’s own primary suite with 1/2 bath, sitting area, and dedicated workspace for working remotely. The expansive windows bring in the forest providing a constant connection to nature. The main living space is open concept with a prominent fireplace to warm the entire space in the winter season. The well equipped kitchen with expansive island is perfect for family gatherings while the chef creates a gourmet meal. The game room complete with pool table (converts to game table or dining table), big screen TV, coffee bar, and sofa bed provides the back drop for family entertainment and completes the space. Two separate outside decks provide options for relaxing and enjoying nature. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs. Access to the Lake Arrowhead trail is provided upon request.

The home is nestled in the treetops and below street level creating a sense of privacy and seclusion. Neighboring houses are visible but not too close. The Village and Lake Arrowhead are 10-15 minutes away and Lake Gregory with water park and walking trail is 15-20 minutes away.
Parking is in the newly paved driveway. A car is recommended.
The exterior stairs shown in the photos is a secondary optional entrance/exit to/from the home from the main street. The main access is via the access road and newly paved driveway with only a few steps.
To make this property affordable for smaller groups, there is an extra guest fee of $12 per person after 2 people (except 30+night stays)
For 30+ day stays, the following deposits apply:

- refundable cleaning deposit is $350
