Au 2ème étage , cet appartement est très lumineux et super calme (les chambres donnent sur une jolie cour pavée ). Il se compose d'un grand double salon et d'une salle à manger. Une cuisine séparée toute équipée, une belle chambre avec dressing, une deuxième chambre de l'autre côté de l'appartement, une salle de bain avec douche et baignoire, des WC séparé ainsi qu'une deuxième salle de douche avec WC. En plein Triangle d'or, proche de nombreux magasins, restaurants et commerces. Appartement de Haut Standing, dans un quartier d'exception. Ascenseur pour accéder au 2ème étage et 2 petits balcons.

Summary: The property is very well located, easy access to metro and in a premium locality. close to the hustle, but away from the noise.The flat is large, spacious, has an elevator and airconditioing in the bedrooms - a rarity in Paris, but now a must have in summer thanks to the heat.However, the place is a bit shabby. The kitchen post and pans need updating, as do the misc crockery that seems collected over the years. It was not well cleaned when handed over to us and seemed like the house of a rich but old aunt - beautiful in its heyday with gorgeous furniture and statement peices, but now stained and needing updating. Creaky and sagging floors, windowws that dont close properly...but huge bathroom and large soaker tub. So depends on what you are looking for and what you cant deal with.For us, we were happy to come home to cool bliss, and overlooked everything else.. but for the price we paid, expected a more professionally kept place.
