This five-bedroom/six-bath home, located on a large corner lot, is an easy walk down a paved sidewalk to the sugar-white sandy beach and emerald-green water of the Gulf of Mexico. A truly exceptional home, designed by owner Kevin Hubbard, it accommodates up to 15 guests with luxurious amenities including a private gunite swimming pool and a rooftop viewing deck with views of the entire island. Designed for large family gatherings, you are certain to make a lifetime of memories in this home.
With views of the Gulf and Sound on all three levels, this airy modern home features a large open living, dining and kitchen area including all-stainless commercial-grade appliances (double oven, ice maker, refrigerator) with bar seating (seats five) and a large dining table (seats eight). This living area is flooded with natural light and opens to a beautiful covered deck.
The main floor master bedroom features a king with a custom bath accompanied by a glass-enclosed shower and tub. Also on the main level, is a “secret” hiding spot (under the stairs) with two twin beds and a full bath across the hall. The living room also offers extra sleeping with a sofa sleeper.
A 2nd master is located on the upper lever with 1 king and a full bath. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each feature a king bed and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The 5th bedroom has 1 king with a private en-suite bathroom. Bonus sleeping with a day bed in the hallway and a loft area that is adjacent to the elevator and has two twins made into a king - ideal for teens. .
All bathrooms feature stone and granite counter tops and sinks.
The ground level features a large game room with a basketball game, bean bag toss, foosball, stereo, as well as a television and bar area. If you are beach-bound, you’ll enjoy the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart.
This event-friendly home includes an elevator which takes you to all three levels. Also includes a full washer and dryer, gas grill, complimentary WiFi and parking for approx 8 cars (two in the garage).
