Positive: The location is fantastic. The apartment is located in the heart of Kadiköy, close to all the district's attractions, yet on a quieter side street. It's also very close to the metro and the port with a ferry crossing across the Bosphorus. Communication with the owner is exemplary. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
Negative: nothing, everything was perfect
Summary: If I come to Istanbul again, I will stay in this apartment.
