Summary: The microwave didn't work. The fire alarm went off from 8:50 to 9:25 pm - so loud that it's impossible to stay in room or outside. It uses kiosk to check-in instead of a real person. The kiosk couldn't make key cards for 10 min while the technician kept trying to fix. Pathetic breakfast - costco snack bars and a basket of apples. A maid stood there to "supervise" guests taking items. The only good thing is location.
