Positive: The pool was nice. The food was very good for breakfast and dinner. The personnel gave us information about sightseeing places in Creta (even though they were not organizing a trip to Knossos themselves). They organized early breakfast for us on the last day, as we left early for the airport.
Negative: It was noisy during the night because of people coming back from parties and speaking loud in the balconies or in corridor. The air conditioning was not functioning properly for several days, the issue was solved only a few days before we left, although we announced in several days that this was a problem. There was little space in the drawers for the cloths of three persons. At first, it was not very clear if we can have early breakfast (to go) or come earlier for breakfast, but we clarified this eventually.
