Located in one of the most desirable areas of the Hollywood Hills, this luxury fully remodeled villa captures an unimpeded panoramic view of the city while providing full privacy to our guests. This newly renovated property with a 6,300 sq.ft area reveals a sprawling interior that is luxuriously appointed with a large kitchen, 4 en-suite bedrooms with luxury bedding, primary bedroom with Spa bathroom including sauna, steam Room and jacuzzi bath.
The Space:
The villa features two formal dining rooms, one with a double sided fireplace. This elegant open concept home boasts a full-size bar that overlooks the scenic view of the city and a state-of-the-art sound system throughout the house. The outdoor area is very special with 180 degrees city view, heated pool & jacuzzi, fire pit, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a putting green.
Other Things to Note:
The house comes with biweekly maid cleaning service when booked for a full week and once when booked for 5 days. Pets allowed.
