Hailing in one of the oldest districts in the city, Sant Pere invites guests to discover the rich history of Barcelona through its many traditional tapas bars, Roman ruins, and museums. Become enamored with all 82 square meters of Annamer’s beauty inside and outside the home. When it’s time to retreat, soak in the rays at the community rooftop terrace or step inside for a Saharan escape.
From the moment of entrance, this two-bedroom, two-bath home feels divine. Mixed textures, like the exposed brick from the living area and wooden floor-to-ceiling storage straight on, highlight Annamer’s clever design.
To the left of the entry is Annamer’s half-bath. Traditional Catalan tile covers the floor while Saharan lantern lighting and details complement the theme.
The right of the entrance opens up to a spacious living room. This space is wholly design-forward. Wooden beams comprise the ceiling while the two main walls offer balance with exposed brick to one end and a terracotta arch painting at the other.
