Positive: This apartment is in a quiet part of the city. I chose the apartment because it offered parking (it turned out that it is near impossible to park on the streets nearby). Parking was in a secure underground parking lot nearby and the owner accompanied me while I drove there, which was very helpful. The apartment was well equipped. And the patio was a nice place to sit and chat.
Negative: One aspect that didn't work for us was the shelving in the bedroom with the double bed. We decided not to use this room, as the shelving posed a risk of injury (it was right above the head of the bed, and one could easily hit one's head on the corners).
Summary: Friendly and helpful owners made this apartment a fine choice in Cáceres.
