Positive: Big sized rocks room. Nice sized balcony. Self-service laundry on our floor. This needs to be clearly advertised. As we were not aware of the laundry, until we checked in.
Negative: Toilet in separate part of the room, just near the main door, whereas bathroom was near the bed. It caused so much confusion for us. Probably, because we were used to ensuite bathrooms in all places.
Summary: All staff were exceptional. Always willing to help. However, their responses via booking.com messaging is very slow, and
