In the house: lounge, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, bus stop "Montana Poste" 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3.8 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de la Moubra 1.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Swimming pool (about 26°) and hot tub closed in November. Hot tub from 16 years old. The building is built on a sloping ground. The floors are to be considered as levels (calculated from the terraces at the back of the residence). In case of heavy snowfall, it is not allowed on the order of the administrator to clear the terraces.
