Summary: The location in the walled city is excellent and the communtcation to get the keys was simple. The apartment is lower level and quite moldy. It was clean, but needed a deep cleaning, sticky tables, old items in kitchen refrig and cabinets. The owner had many personal items left around, a tie on an eisle, clothes in the closet, bathroom drawers filled with items; which made it feel like i was crashing at a freinds house, not renting an apt. Not to my liking. The location was the saving grace.
