On the raised ground floor of an attractive, small residence, the apartment has been thoughtfully decorated throughout. The living room has glass doors which lead out onto a private balcony, offering magnificent mountain views. The balcony has two comfortable chairs where guests can relax in the sun. Indoors, there is a sofa and a flat-screen TV. The wooden dining table, which seats 4, is between the living area and the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge and kettle.

The apartment is equidistant between Les Moussoux and Les Pelerins stations which provide free train services on the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc railway. Visitors can get a Mont Blanc pass and explore the whole region.
