Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways or taken into the units. Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails. Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space.Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium.
