Positive: The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It's brand new and spotless. You can hear your neighbors turning on the water and some noises from time to time, but it's not a big deal. Overall, it's still very quiet, with great views of the mountain and the sound of the stream that runs right next to the house. The owner is extremely friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain the apartment to us. It's well worth the money, and I highly recommend it!
