The very stylish architecture accommodates a spacious interior of classic modern and traditional furnishings. This stunning interior opens to terraces and sweeping tropical sea views from a breezy hillside. The villa is set within lush landscaping and stately palm trees, offering the privacy you want while taking a refreshing dip in the infinity-edge pool. Or, you may choose to walk down the private stairway to the crystal clear warm water from the private dock and deck where you can swim, paddleboard, snorkel, or kayak in the 3’ 6” deep water. Unparalleled Accommodations
When you arrive at the airport, one of our agents will be there to greet you and our optional car service, Williams VIP Signature Services, can be arranged as well. Or, you may choose to rent a car. Our agent then accompanies you to the villa, where we will provide you with an introduction to the accommodations and inform you of all we have to offer, including excursions. As you approach Aqua Pulchra, you will enter through electric gates. The grounds are fenced off on three sides and there is 150 feet of waterfront on the fourth side. The property is arranged over two floors, with the garage and laundry on the lower level and all living areas on the upper level, which can be reached by stairs or elevator.
Aqua Pulchra has four spacious bedrooms, all of which have doors that open out onto the patios and the pool area, which overlooks a picture-postcard panorama of sky and sea. The main living area offers a plush sofa and chairs for conversation, reading, relaxing, or watching TV. This room also has striking vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and leads out to the large, waterfront patio with dining table and lounge chairs overlooking the infinity pool and sea beyond. The villa has Spanish tile floors throughout, accenting the gorgeous bright white kitchen.
