Negative: Communication with management very poor from outset The personal forms did not work with regards to resizing photo and other ID At one point they showed me the personal details of an another guest seriously bad. Despite several requests for clarification regarding door entry the information was completely wrong. The pre check in showed two different numbers and we were not sure what each was used for. They then sent a video but that showed entry to the metal door not the internal front door. There was no entry code required for metal door. The video and email said use 7777 but this did not work. That information was totally superfluous. The feed back was quite rude saying we tried to help but they could not understand that 7777 was not required whatsoever!!! Not the best check in and customer support
