Positive: Plenty of hot water for a large group, beds seem to have been replaced since previous reviews, games and lack of TV in living room led to better socialization. Well equipped kitchen with big stove. Hot tub was large and clean. Really good value
Negative: Storage for gear (bikes, skis) was lacking, especially without garage access, could also add more robust coat/gear hooks. Twins and pull out couch not great for adults. Access code long and hard to remember, knives dull and range hood not strong enough for size of stove
Summary: Great for large groups looking for value
