The cabin is all yours for the duration of your stay. You'll be able to access the cabin using a door code sent to you before check-in, so there's no need to meet up with anyone to get keys. Just drive straight there, unpack, and start enjoying your vacation!

Other things to note
There is a security camera facing the parking area of the cabin for security and to verify guest and cleaning crew arrivals/departures. There are no cameras facing any of the interior or outdoor living spaces of the cabin.
The driveway up to the cabin gets quite steep as you make your final approach to the cabin. Any vehicle is capable of making the climb in normal weather conditions, but it may be a challenge for some vehicles in icy conditions. Potential guests who are uncomfortable with steep driveways should be aware before booking.
The house is on a private drive just off the parkway and it enjoys the privacy afforded by 360 degrees of tree coverage. There is one newly built cabin down the hill that is visible from the back deck. Although the parkway is not visible from our cabin, it is close enough that you may hear some vehicles pass by if you are on the back deck area.
Please note that we are a small family business and cannot afford to offer full refunds for bookings cancelled within 30 days because the dates of your trip are unlikely to re-book within such a short time frame. As such, we recommend all guests purchase trip insurance with a CFAR (cancel for any reason) policy after booking to protect your money in the event of unexpected weather conditions, medical situations, or otherwise.
