Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The building is very nice and clean, staff was super professional, 7-11 on the property and was great. Checkin was easy and timely. Ability to get Grab food delivery and grab rides was easy before 7:30pm.
Negative: The property is advertised as having two workng pools and that is simply a lie, neither pool was in service and had not been in service for two months. Say it again. The pools 100% out of service long time broken and no one even trying to repair them. Room was pretty good except for no real hot water, not even really warm, barely tepid at best and YES I did turn on the breaker and the water still not ever warm or hot.
Summary: Small but nice place for a good price only, no working pool nor hot water.
